乳液聚合丁苯橡胶分子式:CAS号:性质:一般是指丁二烯和苯乙烯以松香酸皂或脂肪酸皂为乳化剂,以过氧化合物为引发剂(在5℃可与还原剂反应生成自由基),通过乳液聚合共聚而得到的合成橡胶。采用的引发剂有异丙苯过氧化氢-硫酸亚铁-雕白粉氧化还原引发体系和过氧化氢对孟烷-硫酸亚铁-甲醛次硫酸氢钠氧化还原引发体系等。两种单体链节在大分子中呈无规分布,丁二烯1,4加成的约80%,有顺式和反式两种构型;1,2加成的约为20%,还有少量支化和交换存在。性质受组成(丁二烯与苯乙烯比例)、聚合温度及乳化剂种类的影响。乳液聚合丁苯橡胶采用连续聚合工艺进行生产,分为单体贮存与混合、化学品溶液配制、聚合、未反应单体回收、胶乳贮存与掺合、后处理等诸工序。聚合温度5℃,聚合时间为8~16h,转化率65%~70%。用于制造轮胎、胶管、胶带、胶鞋、电绝缘材料和多种工业橡胶制品,也能与天然橡胶及各种合成橡胶并用,不断扩大其应用范围,但在新型轮胎(如子午胎)应用方面,因其滚动阻力大,燃料消耗较高,使用比例有所下降。
