N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺分子式:C4H4BrNO2分子量:178.00CAS号:128-08-5性质:白色至乳白色细粒结晶,微有溴气味。密度2.098g/cm3,熔点180-183℃(分解),在173.5℃时稍分解。溶于四氯化碳。活性溴的最小含量44.5%。制备方法:1.由丁二酰亚胺溴化而得。将丁二酰亚胺磨细投入反应锅,加入碎冰和氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌溶解。在剧烈搅拌和冷却的情况下,加入溴和四氯化碳的混合液,搅拌2分钟后迅速过滤。用冰水充分洗涤至洗涤无色,再用少量乙醇洗涤,干燥得成品。2.由丁二酸与氨合成丁二酸铵,再加热脱水生成琥珀酰亚胺,然后再溴化、精制得成品。用途:有机合成原料,用于调节低能溴化反应,也用于生产橡胶助剂和医药品。可合成溴乙腈医药。农药工业用于合成噻菌灵,还可用作水果保鲜剂以及防腐、防霉剂等。
