双丙酮丙烯酰胺分子式:C9H15NO2分子量:169.23CAS号:2873-97-4性质:白色或稍带黄色的片状结晶。熔融时无色。熔点57-58℃,沸点120℃(1.07kPa),93-100℃(13.3-40Pa),相对密度0.998(60/4℃)。溶于水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、四氢呋喃、乙酸乙酯、氯甲烷、苯、乙腈、苯乙烯、正己醇等,不溶于石油醚(30-60℃)。制备方法:由丙烯腈和丙酮在浓硫酸中反应而得。用途:重要的乙烯基单体。聚合生成的均聚物不溶于水,但有“水呼吸性”。吸水率可达树脂自重的20-25%,而当环境湿度低于60%时,聚合物所吸收的水分又释放出来,水分对聚合物来说,起着一种增塑剂的作用。利用这种奇特的性质,可发展多种用途。(1)耐湿润性好的烫发用树脂 日本将其用于耐湿气的烫发用树脂,发型保持时间长,雨淋、冲洗不变形。(2)感光树脂将该品用作感光树脂原料的一部分,可有以下特点:感光速度快;曝光后非影像部分容易除去可以得到清晰的影像;能获得强度好、耐溶剂、耐水性好的版面。此外,还可用作不饱和聚酯树脂的交联剂,邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯的交联剂,环氧树脂的固化剂,如用于“水呼吸性”树脂(接触眼镜、防止玻璃起雾、船底涂料等)、压敏胶粘剂、胶粘改良剂、无纺织物粘合剂、吸水性薄膜、皮革涂饰剂和改良剂、纸力增强剂、防静电聚合物、油墨等。
