苯并环丁烯封端聚酰亚胺分子式:CAS号:性质:一类新型的加成型聚酰亚胺,主链为酰亚胺结构、端基为苯并环丁烯的预聚物。可由4-氨基苯并环丁烯为封端剂,与芳族四甲酸二酐和芳族二元胺反应而得。加热时,苯并环丁烯异构化为高反应活性的邻苯醌二甲烷;200~300℃邻苯醌二甲烷可通过[4π、4π]二聚环化反应形成苯并八元环而交联,也可通过1,4加成反应形成交联或梯形结构,还可与乙炔基或马来酰亚胺等亲二烯体经Diels-Alder反应形成苯并六元环而交联。固化反应在成型加工过程中进行,无低分子物释放,适用作耐高温结构胶黏剂和高性能纤维增强复合材料基体树脂。碳纤维复合材料的综合性能优良,空气中203℃老化500h,弯曲强度、弯曲模量和重量均无变化。
