1.And in order to reduce the emission of pollutant,the intumescent flame retardant named melamine salt of pentaerythritol phosphate(MPP) was synthesized from phosphoric acid instead of phosphorus oxychloride(POCl_3) in the conventional technology.(1)利用溶剂法制备了三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)、三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐(MPY)和三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPOP),并用磷酸为原料代替传统的三氯氧磷制备了季戊四醇磷酸酯蜜胺盐(MPP),减少了污染物的排放,并通过对中间体-季戊四醇磷酸酯的制备及表征,推测出季戊四醇磷酸酯蜜胺盐(MPP)的结构及反应机理;(2)利用新颖的固相化学法制备了三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPOP)和季戊四醇磷酸酯蜜胺盐(MPP),制备过程环保无污染;(3)本文考察了反应温度、反应时间及其原料比等条件对反应的影响,并通过单因素及正交实验得出溶剂法和固相化学法的较佳合成工艺;利用FT-IR、MS、NMR、TG、DSC等方法对产物的结构、热性能进行表征与测试,结果表明产物红外光谱图与文献基本一致,同时初步探究了其反应机理和阻燃机理。

季戊四醇季戊四醇pentaerythritol一种多元醇,分子式C(CH2OH)4。又称四羟甲基甲烷或二羟甲基-1,3-丙二醇。白色或淡黄色结晶粉末。熔点269℃。易溶于热水,在冷水中溶解度较小,微溶于乙醇。季戊四醇与氢溴酸或氢碘酸反应,生成二卤代醇,然后再生成四卤代烃,后者与乙醇钠反应,则生成季戊四醇四乙基醚;与硝酸反应生成四硝酸季戊四醇酯,此化合物为无色晶体,熔点140~141℃,对碰撞极敏感,是强爆炸力炸药,也是长效抗心绞痛药;与氯化亚砜反应,生成亚硫酸季戊四醇酯;在盐酸或氯化锌存在下与醛或酮反应生成缩醛或缩酮,当醛量不足时只生成单缩醛。季戊四醇是用甲醛和乙醛在碱水溶液中缩合、还原制备。反应时先生成三羟甲基乙醛,然后再经甲醛还原即得产物。以上反应有较多副反应,应严格控制原料配比和反应温度。季戊四醇是制作油漆、涂料、合成树脂和炸药的重要原料。
