聚酯多元醇 聚酯多元醇通常是由有机二元羧酸(酸酐或酯)与多元醇(包括二醇)缩合(或酯交换)或由内酯与多元醇聚合而成。二元酸有苯二甲酸或苯二甲酸酐或其酯、己二酸、卤代苯二甲酸等。多元醇有乙二醇、丙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇等。硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料所用的聚酯以芳香族聚酯多元醇居多。弹性聚氨酯材料最常用的聚酯多元醇是由己二酸与乙二醇缩合制得,可加入少量三元醇如三羟甲基丙烷替代部分二醇制得轻度支化的聚酯,其相对分子质量为2000左右。软泡用聚酯多元醇是相对分子质量较低的线性或轻度支化的端羟基饱和聚酯。聚酯的制备采用间歇法,多元醇与二元酸或酸酐在140~200℃进行酯化和缩聚反应,常压蒸除生成的水、甲醇,在反应后期减压除去水,使反应向生成低酸值聚酯多元醇的方向进行。也可持续通入氮气等惰性气体以带出水,也可以加入甲苯等,在甲苯回流时用分水器将生成的水缓慢带出。不同品种的聚酯多元醇由于种类不同或制备工艺不一样,性质也不一样,对于聚酯多元醇比较重要的几个指标是羟值、酸值、水分、粘度、分子量、密度以及色度等。比如金陵石化公司塑料厂研究所研制的一种苯酐聚酯多元醇的羟值为360~400mgKOH/g,酸值≤2.0mgKOH/g,水分≤0.1%,粘度≤4000mPa·s。
