间苯二甲腈分子式:C8H4N2分子量:128.13CAS号:626-17-5性质:针状结晶。熔点161.5-162℃。易溶于热醇和热醚,能溶于热水、氯仿、醇、醚、四氯化碳,不溶于石油醚。能升华。制备方法:由间二甲苯经氨氧化反应制得。将间二甲苯、氨及空气组成的混合气体通过钒系催化剂,反应温度为400-425℃,接触时间3.1s。得纯度在91%以上的间苯二甲腈,收率93%以上。另外,以间二氯苯和氢氰酸,或间苯二甲酸和氨为原料也可以制得该品。用途:用于制造塑料、合成纤维及农药百菌清等。小鼠腹腔注射LD50为481mg/kg。
