8-羟基喹哪啶分子式:C10H9NO分子量:159.19CAS号:826-81-3性质:白色棱状结晶体。熔点74℃,沸点266-270℃。溶于热醇、乙醚和苯,不溶于水。能随水蒸气挥发,在100℃升华。带有苯酚气味。制备方法:由邻氨基苯酚与巴豆醛反应而得。将邻氨基苯酚和邻硝基苯酚均匀混合,加入盐酸。在搅拌下加入巴豆醛。加热6h,放置过夜。用水蒸气蒸馏将示反应的邻硝基苯酚蒸出,在蒸余液中加入氢氧化钠溶液使呈弱碱性。再加粉末状的碳酰内进行饱和,用水蒸气蒸馏出8-羟基喹哪啶,将此粗品再经减压蒸馏,用乙醇重结晶,得纯品。用途:用作分析试剂。
