自抛光涂料分子式：CAS号：性质：系船舶防污涂料的一类，其涂膜经海水冲刷能自我抛光，故名。自我抛光后的涂膜，其防污性能与光滑度与新涂膜一样，既强化了防污能力，也因船壳表面光滑而降低了在行驶中的阻力，起到了增速与节能的双重效应，为航海者所欢迎。其品种一是最初开发的以有机锡丙烯酸酯共聚物为基料，辅以氧化亚铜等防污剂配制而成，共聚物中的含锡离子与海水中的钠离子交换；释出有机锡防污剂，并使共聚物自身成为水溶性的聚丙烯酸钠皂，船舶在航行时，钠皂受水流冲刷，发生溶解、脱落从而产生了自我抛光的效果。另一种是最近开发的，为了克服原有SPC应用三丁基锡(TBT)对海洋生态环境的影响，又开发了以自消融树脂为基料，结合氧化亚铜及其他有机防污剂，制成的不含有机锡的自抛光防污涂料，抛光性能与减阻效果基本与前者相同。
