脱脂剂分子式：CAS号：性质：在金属化学处理、电镀及涂施之前，要用脱脂剂脱除金属表面上的油脂及矿物油。主要脱脂剂有以下几种：(1)碱脱脂剂，由碱、螯合剂及表面活性剂组成；(2)乳液脱脂剂，利用表面活性剂的润湿性、浸透性、乳化性及分散性可以脱除金属表面的污垢。一般采用阴离子型、阳离子型、非离子型等表面活性剂中的一种或数种混合物，并用水稀释制成乳液；(3)溶剂脱脂剂，采用浸渍法或蒸汽法脱脂。主要采用的溶剂有卤代烃溶剂及氟代烃溶剂等。
