肟化反应分子式:CAS号:性质:醛酮分子中的羰基和羟胺分子中的氨基经过加成、失水过程生成肟的反应。大多数的肟具有很好的结晶和确定的熔点,因此,可以通过肟化反应鉴定醛酮类化合物。肟经水解后能得到原来的醛酮,用此性质可以分离提纯醛酮类化合物,在有机合成中可作为羰基的保护基。环己酮和羟胺反应,可以得到环己酮肟,经重排后得到己内酰胺,是合成聚酰胺的重要单体。
