甲黄隆分子式:C14H15N5O6S分子量:381.37CAS号:74223-64-6性质:外观为白色结晶固体。熔点163-166℃。水中溶解度因pH值而异。pH 溶解度(mg/L)4.56 2705.42 17506.11 9500在土壤中,因水解和微生物降解而破坏,半衰期为7-3d。制备方法:合成步骤如下。1.2-磺酰胺基苯甲酸甲酯的制备 将30g糖精和250ml甲醇加入反应瓶,在0℃以下通入HCl气体。反应毕,蒸除过量的甲醇。在残留物中加入乙酸乙酯,滤除未反应的糖精。蒸除乙酸乙酯,残留物经重结晶而得。熔点122-124℃。2.2-(磺酰基异氰酸酯)-苯甲酸甲酯的制备 将2-磺酰基苯甲酸甲酯13.4g,二甲苯100ml和催化量的异氰酸正丁酯,以及少许1,4-二氮杂二环[2,2,2]辛烷,加入反应瓶中,搅拌,于120℃时通入光气。反应结束,升温到136℃,然后冷却至室温。过滤,滤液脱溶后减压蒸馏,收集140-150℃(0.267kPa)馏分而得。3.甲黄隆的制备 将2-氨基-4-甲氧基-6-甲基均三嗪1.4g、二氯甲烷30ml和2-磺酰基异氰酸酯苯甲酸甲酯2.4g,加入反应瓶,于室温搅拌反应16h。过滤,滤液除去溶剂后,残留物用氯丁烷磨碎得白色晶体,熔点158-164℃。配制成20%乳油,5%颗粒剂。用途:甲黄隆为一种超低用量的防除禾谷类用中阔叶杂草的磺酰脲类除草剂。在植株体内可向上向下转移,用作小麦芽前后除草剂。
