湿强度分子式:CAS号:性质:(一)纸和纤维制品浸渍在水中规定时间后,在润湿状态下测得的机械强度,国际标准以N/m表示。对某些纸或纸板如手巾纸、涂布原纸、钞票纸和海图纸等要求具有很高的湿强度。纤维在湿润状态(在水中浸渍达到完全平衡的状态)下测定的强度区别于纤维在干燥状态下测定的强度——干态强度(简称干强度,dry strength)。一般亲水性纤维吸水后由于水的增塑作用导致二次结构破坏,因而使其湿强度比干强度明显降低。如黏胶纤维,它的湿强度比干强度低30%~50%。但也有湿强度比干强度大的例子,如纤维素系的天然纤维(棉、麻),这是由于高次构造(微纤等)的特殊性起了更重要的作用所致。大多数合成纤维均为疏水性纤维,因而它们的干、湿强度接近或相等。干强度/湿强度,称之为干湿强度比,该值在纤维诸性能中占有重要的位置。(二)在规定的时间、温度和压力条件下,将用黏合剂粘接的粘接头从浸泡液中取出后立即测定的强度。所以关心湿强度的原因是因为高聚物等材料由于水分子的溶入,会明显的使其力学性能、电气性能等变差。有的材料可以是成倍的降低。
