矿山环境保护 采矿与选矿过程中生成的有毒有害气体、废水、废石和粉尘等物质以及噪声和振动等因素，不仅直接影响作业环境的工作条件，而且会对整个矿区乃至周围的大气、水质和土壤等造成危害。废石堆、尾矿库、贮水池和露天矿边坡的崩落，地下采空区内的岩石塌陷以及爆破形成的飞石和冲击波都直接威胁着矿区附近人员的安全。露天矿中大量废石的堆积，多种装备的安设，以及污水与烟尘的排放，还可能有碍矿区景观。矿山环境保护的任务就是研究上述过程的形成规律、危害程度、监测方法和控制措施。 根据《中华人民共和国环境保护法》，为保护矿山环境，结合污染源的具体情况，采取如下技术措施：①实行机械通风；②控制生产过程中形成的有毒有害气体和粉尘，冲淡排放或选用适宜装置进行净化；③选用低噪声设备，对噪声大的设备采取隔声、减振、阻尼、吸声和消声等措施；④对爆破引起的振动和冲击波要进行预测,通过改进爆破技术,控制与消除其危害；⑤在开采过程中或开采结束后，对采空区、塌陷坑、废石场、尾矿库以及铁路和建筑物占用的土地进行改造和重新恢复。对于重新恢复的土地一律都应重新植被。 参考书目 C.G.道恩，J.斯托克斯合著，祁兴久译：《矿业与环境保护》，第一版，中国建筑工业出版社，北京，1980。（C.
