CIMS应用示范工程10年回顾与展望[摘 要]: 揭示了863/CIMS主题实施的CIM/CIMS内涵；重点评述了中国CIMS应用示范工程10年的进展与经验；简述了863/CIMS主题工作的总体框架；提出了863/CIMS主题应用示范工程下一步的工作。[关键词]: CIM/CIMS 应用示范工程 现代集成制造/现代集成制造系统前言 21世纪即将来临。经济竞争已成为世界各国竞争的焦点和世界发展的重要推动力。对制造业而言，每个企业皆面临持续多变和不可完全预测的全球化市场竞争，竞争的核心是以知识为基础的新产品的竞争。为提高竞争，制造业必须以最快的上市速度(T)、最好的质量(Q)、最低的成本(C)、最优的服务(S)及最清洁的环境(E)来满足不同顾客对新产品的需求和社会可持续发展的要求。面对激烈竞争，人们将制造技术与飞速发展着的信息技术、自动化技术、现代管理技术与系统技术予以有机融合，形成新一代先进制造技术。这些先进制造技术现已成为提高企业敏捷性、柔性、健壮性的关键手段，正推动着制造业进入信息化、集成化、自动化、智能化、敏捷化的新的历史时期。1. 关于CIM/CIMS的内涵 1973年美国约瑟夫·哈林顿(Joseph Harrington)博士在"Computer Integrated Manufacturing"一书中首次提出CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing)理念。它的内涵是借助计算机，将企业中各种与制造有关的技术系统集成起来，进而提高企业适应市场竞争的能力。其中，特别强调：(1)企业各个生产环节是不可分割的，需要统一安排与组织--"系统的观点"；(2)产品制造过程实质上是信息采集、传递、加工处理的过程--"信息化的观点"。 CIM是一种先进的理念，但由于当时技术条件的限制，直至80年代初，才逐渐被制造领域重视并采用。近十余年，在市场竞争的激励与相关技术进步的推动下，CIM理念及其技术才在实践中不断充实、完善与发展。 863/CIMS主题于1986年提出了CIMS计划。我们结合国情，正走着一条具有中国特色的CIMS之路。今天世界已步入信息时代，CIM/CIMS的理念与技术有了很大的发展。根据多年推行CIMS的实践，可把新的CIM及CIMS的理念概括如下："CIM是一种组织、管理与运行企业的理念。它将传统的制造技术与现代信息技术、管理技术、自动化技术、系统工程技术等有机结合，借助计算机使企业产品全生命周期--市场需求分析、产品定义、研究开发、设计、制造、支持(包括质量、销售、采购、发送、服务)以及产品最后报废、环境处理等各阶段活动中有关的人/组织、经营管理和技术三要素及其信息流、物流和价值流有机集成并优化运行，实现企业制造活动的计算机化、信息化、智能化、集成优化，以达到产品上市快，高质、低耗、服务好、环境清洁，进而提高企业的柔性、健壮性、敏捷性，使企业赢得市场竞争"。
