废物海洋倾倒分子式：CAS号：性质：又称海洋处置。是指将那些由于经济和技术原因在陆地上难于处理的废物倾倒在浅的大陆架或深海中的处置方法。对废物海洋倾倒造成海洋污染的潜在危害，已越来越引起国际社会的关注，为此1975年世界各国签订了《防止由于倾倒废物和其他物质而污染海洋》的伦敦公约。我国国务院也于1985年颁布了《中华人民共和国海洋倾废管理条例》，条例中列出了禁止向海洋倾倒以及需要获得特别许可证才可倾倒的物质，并对海洋倾废的主管部门、倾倒区的划定和管理、倾倒许可证的颁发和吊销、倾倒作业应遵守的规则、对倾倒活动的监督和法律责任等作了规定。
