厌氧污泥消化槽分子式:CAS号:性质:利用厌氧性的微生物分解有机物,往密闭池、槽中投入污泥或浓有机废水在与大气隔绝的状态下处理。被加热的厌氧池、槽,使污泥消化过程维持在30~35℃之间,也有时需维持在50℃左右。在初级阶段中,可收集到用作燃料的甲烷。一级槽常常带有泡沫破碎装置和浮动或固定的顶盖,看顶盖是浮动的,即可形成一个贮气罐以收集甲烷气。一级消化槽是通过污水或气体或两者混合物的再循环来达到混合目的。污水循环流经一外换热器而被加热。厌氧污泥消化槽一般是圆形的,中心处深度不小于7.5m,直径不小于6m。最大可达直径35m,深14m。如果采用浮动顶盖,则其与槽壁接触的边缘处必须加以密封,冷污泥消化槽不适于大量处理。
