活性艳蓝X-BR  活性艳蓝X-BR产品为绿光蓝色粉末,染品色泽鲜艳,具有优良的耐晒和耐气候坚牢度。属低温型反应性染料,主要用于棉、粘胶、蚕丝等纤维的染色。应用方法有竭染、轧染及冷堆置等方法,只要在室温下就能染色和固色。    工业上通常先用溴氨酸与2,4-二氨基苯磺酸、碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠在催化剂氯化亚铜存在下,通过缩合制得蒽醌酸性染料,再与三聚氯氰在低温下进行第二次缩合,反应完毕加入稳定剂尿素,用食盐盐析,过滤即得产品。
