全氟羧酸分子式:CAS号:性质:羧酸(RCO2H)R中氢原子全被氟取代而成。其中最简单的化合物为三氟醋酸(CF3CO2H)。此外,也有C7-9的全氟烃基羧酸,可作含氟表面活性剂,或作为含氟疏水剂及疏油剂的中间体。三氟醋酸以三氟甲基环已烯为原料经硝酸氧化制得。凝固点-15.36℃,沸点72.5℃,密度1.484g/ml(25℃),有近似醋酸味的无色液体。毒性LD50(兔)2000mg/kg(4h)。CF3基吸电子性强,显强酸性。和水于40.83℃共沸(水浓度20.6%),溶于绝大多数有机酸和无机酸。对蛋白质的溶解度为20~30mg/ml(25℃),为透明液体。主要用作酯化、缩合、贝克曼转位及烃类硝基化等催化剂。也用作溶剂、耐氧化性反应溶剂、防黏剂、医药及农药中间体。其他全氟羧酸主要直链全氟羧酸的沸点比相应碳氢系羧酸沸点约低50℃。全氟醋酸是一种强酸,在水中可以完全解离。这种酸及其盐具有较高的界面活性。长链全氟羧酸主要用作四氟乙烯乳液聚合的乳化剂,也用作金属表面蚀刻改进剂以及用于从废气中脱除氧化氮。由相应的碳氢羧酸卤化物电解氟化,生成全氟羧酸氟化物,经水解而成;或者全氟烷基碘化物(RfCF2I)和SO3或CLSO3H反应生成物经水解而成;或由RfCF2CH=CH2氧化而成。
