半知菌亚门半知菌亚门Deuteromycotina真菌门的一亚门。因在其成员的生活史中尚未发现有性阶段，仅发现了无性阶段而得名。它们的分枝菌丝均具隔膜，菌丝每个细胞中常含多核。分生孢子梗单生、簇生或集结成孢梗束，其内（外）合生或离生产孢细胞，产孢细胞产生形形色色的分生孢子。该亚门真菌只能以分生孢子或菌丝的断片进行繁殖。种类多、繁殖快、分布广、适应性强，多腐生于陆地或水中。该亚门下分丝孢菌纲和腔孢菌纲2纲，约17000种。有些种是人类和动、植物的致病菌；有些种能导致食品腐败以及原料、器材的腐蚀或变质；有些种的代谢产物可用于制取抗生素（如产生青霉素的青霉、产生头孢霉素的头孢霉等）、有机酸和酶制剂；有些种可用于有害昆虫和杂草的生物防除。同时，半知菌也在生态系统中的物质和能量转化中起重要的作用。以往发现的半知菌中，有些种因为又相继发现了它们的有性阶段，而分别归属于子囊菌亚门（多数）和担子菌亚门（少数）中。
