三氯杀虫酯分子式:C10H7Cl5O2分子量:336.440CAS号:51366-25-7性质:纯品为白色结晶。熔点84.5℃。不溶于水,易溶于丙酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯及热的甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇等有机溶剂中。在中性弱和弱酸性时较稳定,碱性时有分解。工业产品为浅黄色结晶,溶点76-80℃。制备方法:将邻二氯苯投入合成锅,开动搅拌,以- 10℃盐水降温后加三氯化铝、三氯乙醛,维持10-20℃反应3.5h。将物料降温至0℃加入乙酐(或乙酸等),维持4-8℃反应1h。所得7504合成液减压蒸馏,回收邻二氯苯可套用。蒸余物放入结晶器。加酒精,搅匀、冷却,结晶完全后,过滤,得7504产品。滤液可集中加收酒精及邻二氯苯。收率85%。配料比(摩尔):邻二氯苯:三氯乙醛:三氯化铝:乙酐=7:1:1.18::1原料消耗定额(100%三氯杀虫酯):邻二氯苯(98%)787kg/t、三氯乙醛(97%)638kg/t、三氯化铝(99%)606kg/t、乙酐(97%)371kg/t、酒精321kg/t。用途:主要用于防治蚊蝇。滞留喷洒,可防治蚊蝇一个月之久。防治水坑中孑孓,0.5%浓度即有效。防治宿舍,旅馆的臭虫,25%胶悬剂加水25kg,可喷50-100床位。
