深度催化裂化分子式:CAS号:性质:是以重质石油馏分为原料,采用特别的催化剂在较高的温度下进行催化裂解,生产以丙烯为主,副产乙烯、丁烯的制取低分子烯烃的技术。工艺简称DCC。该工艺流程、主要设备与流化催化裂化相同。所用原料为重柴油和减压馏分油。裂化温度比一般催化裂化高,约550℃。所用催化剂为硅铝沸石类,具有择形性。为提高反应深度采用提升管反应器加床层反应器。所用原料愈轻总烯烃收率愈高。以原料油密度0.8449g/cm3和0.9100g/cm3为例,它们的总气烯、丙烯、乙烯和丁烯收率(m)分别为:47.63%、27.73%、5.79%、17.78%和26.2%、13.16%、3.58%、10.6%。其汽油馏分的辛烷值高RON96.5,含芳烃70%。该工艺的乙烯产率不如热裂解,但它的丙烯和丁烯产率较高,是生产某些石油化工产品的很好原料来源。该工艺技术成熟、装置相对简单,按相同原料处理量投资只为热裂解的1/3到1/4。
