时间飞行质谱仪分子式:CAS号:性质:这种质谱仪的质量分析器是一个离子漂移管,由离子源产生的离子经加速后进入无场漂移管,并以恒定速度飞向离子接收器,假定离子质量为m,带有电荷e,加速电压为V,离子漂移管长L,则离子在漂移管飞行的时间为T=L·(m/2eV)1/2。离子质量越大,到达接收器所用时间越长,离子质量越小,到达接收器的时间就越短。根据这一原则,可以把不同质量的离子分开。使用这种质量分析器的质谱仪叫时间飞行质谱仪。这种质谱仪特点是可检测的分子范围大,扫描速度快,体积小,结构简单,既不需要磁场,也不需要电场,其缺点是分辨率低。
