含铀褐煤提铀含铀褐煤提铀extraction of uranium from uraniferous brown coal honyou heme}tiyou含铀褐煤提铀(extraetion of uranium fromuraniferous brown eoal)从含铀褐煤的煤灰中回收铀的过程。包括火法处理和湿法处理两部分。全世界含铀褐煤的铀储量估计在0.15~1.6Mt,是一种潜在的铀资源。在含铀褐煤处理过程中,既可以回收铀,产生的蒸汽又可用于发电。 煤中的有机物能还原和吸附铀,易于形成铀和煤的共生矿床—含铀褐煤。早在20世纪50年代初,布朗(K.B.Brown)等人开始研究从美国达科他州的含铀褐煤中提取铀,制定了低温灰化、酸浸出和清液革取的流程。中国在50年代建立了既能发电又能从煤灰中提铀的含铀褐煤处理工厂。 火法处理主要包括含铀褐煤的破碎和磨细、煤粉燃烧和煤灰收尘(图)。煤粉燃烧既可以生产提铀的原料—煤灰,产生的蒸汽又可用于发电。煤灰在高温下会产生烧结,从有机物中游离出来的铀会被包裹在烧结物中而不容易浸出,使铀的浸出率降低。铀的被包裹作用程度,与燃烧过程的温度、煤灰在燃烧炉中运动状态有关。燃烧温度愈高,煤灰烧结程度愈严重,铀被包裹机率也愈大,铀浸出率也愈低。煤灰在燃烧炉内相互碰撞接触的机率愈多,停留时间愈长,也愈易烧结并包裹铀。因此,要尽量采用较低的燃烧温度,并选用煤灰粒间相互接触机率少、停留时间短的燃烧炉。 中国已采用一种使火焰在炉内呈U形运动的U型炉燃烧含铀褐煤粉。燃烧炉分为燃烧室和燃尽室两部分,含铀褐煤经破碎、细磨得到的煤粉从炉顶部进入燃烧室。燃烧室内装有燃烧器、水冷壁以及导出燃烧热量的装置。燃烧时控制较低的空气过剩系数,使燃烧缓慢,避免火焰中心温度过高。未燃烧的煤粉随烟气流进入燃尽室,在燃尽室内补充空气继续燃烧。整个燃烧过程是缓化的,燃烧温度一般控制在1273K左右。煤灰在U型炉内呈悬浮状态,彼此碰撞接触机率少,停留含铀揭煤 爵- 煤灰 萃余矿浆众蒸一合’的-甜州中噜摺叫比干住二~竺兰芝.} 再生有机相一一几一-, 一罩 铀盐 四困臼口口巴 含铀褐煤提铀的原则流程图时间只有几秒钟。从U型炉收尘得到的煤灰的铀浸出率可达95%左右。U型煤粉炉锅炉产生的蒸汽用于发电。 中国采用的另一种炉型是流态化燃烧炉,炉温控制均匀,嫩烧温度一般控制在1123~1173K。锅炉产生的蒸汽用于发电,收得的煤灰的铀浸出率可达到95%左右。
