SBR法处理啤酒废水COD与DO的相关关系曾薇 王淑莹 高景峰 李探微 彭永臻提要:介绍了采用SBR法处理啤酒废水时，有机物降解过程中COD与DO的相关关系。试验结果表明，如改变进水有机物浓度、曝气量或起始混合液污泥浓度，在有机物降解过程中DO都有一个缓慢下降的趋势，与此同时，COD以较大速率被降解。在有机物达到难降解程度后，DO迅速大幅度升高，标志着反应过程应该结束。此外，由于进水COD浓度不同，在同一曝气量下DO相差较大，可以以初始DO的大小作为预测进水COD浓度的依据，调节曝气量，控制DO浓度在适宜的范围内。 关键词: SBR法 啤酒废水 DO COD 0 概述 活性污泥法是一个需氧的代谢过程，混合液溶解氧(DO)是反应过程中一个重要的控制参数，也是影响运行费用和出水水质的主要因素。正是因为DO对污水生物处理的重要意义，许多学者从不同角度对此进行了大量的研究。其中在采用SBR法处理石油化工废水的研究中发现，在有机物达到难降解程度时，DO大幅度升高，并以此作为反应时间的控制参数［1］。于是，本文采用了与石油化工废水水质相差较大的啤酒废水作为处理对象，来研究SBR反应阶段COD的降解与DO变化之间的相关关系。由于两者水质不同，在有机物降解过程中，DO呈现不尽相同的变化规律。因此，针对不同水质的工业废水，研究其在有机物降解过程中COD与DO的相关关系，对于保证出水水质和减少运行费用具有重要意义。1 试验设备与方法 试验以啤酒废水作为处理对象，反应过程中水温控制在20℃。废水的主要成分是纤维素、蛋白质、果胶、淀粉，通过自来水稀释得到不同浓度的废水。SBR法试验装置如图1所示。反应器高70cm，直径30cm，总有效容积38L，采用鼓风曝气，转子流量计调节流量。试验时，采用瞬时进水，然后立即开始曝气。在反应阶段连续测定DO值，并根据DO值的变化在一定时间间隔内取样测定COD和MLSS等指标。 图1 SBR试验系统与控制1氧化还原电位计 2温度控制仪 3污泥池 4搅拌器 5ORP传感器 6温度传感器 7溶解氧仪传感器8排水口 9溶解氧仪 10转子流量计 11压缩空气12曝气器 13排泥管2 试验结果与分析 本试验在三种不同的试验条件下，测定DO与COD的相关关系。 2.1 进水浓度相同，不同曝气量下DO与COD的相关关系
