氮化钛晶须补强陶瓷基复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:以陶瓷材料为基体,添加氮化钛晶须作为增强体的复合材料。陶瓷材料可以是氧化物陶瓷也可以是非氧化物陶瓷。氮化钛晶须与非氧化物(氮化硅、碳化钛、碳化硅)有很好的物理、化学相容性,需要保护气氛才能烧结,两者的线膨胀系数相差很大(αw/αm>2),可能导致失配,目前很少研究。氮化钛晶须与氧化物(氧化锆、氧化铝等)的化学、物理相容性好,两者的热匹配性也很好。如氮化钛晶须加入氧化锆陶瓷复合材料,不仅能保证常温强度,而且能提高其断裂韧性,高温强度也能得到很好的改善。
