光敏效应分子式:CAS号:性质:又称光电导效应。某些半导体材料受到光照射时,其电导率发生变化的现象。光照射到半导体上,价带上的电子接受能量,使电子脱离共价键。当光提供的能量达到禁带宽度的能量值时,价带的电子跃迁到导带,在晶体中就会产生一个自由电子和一个空穴,这两种载流子都参与导电。由光产生的附加电导称为光电导,也称本征光电导。光能还可将杂质能级激发产生附加电导,称为杂质光电导。利用光敏效应可制成光敏电阻,不同波长的光子具有不同的能量,因此,一定的材料只对应于一定的光谱才具有这种效应。对紫外光较灵敏的光敏电阻称紫外光敏电阻,如硫化镉和硒化镉光敏电阻,用于探测紫外线。对可见光灵敏的光敏电阻称可见光光敏电阻,如硒化铊、硫化铊,硫化铋及锗、硅光敏电阻,用于各种自动控制系统,如光电自动开关门窗,光电计算器,光电控制照明,自动安全保护等。对红外线敏感的光敏电阻称红外光敏电阻,如硫化铅,碲化铅、硒化铅等,用于夜间或淡雾中探测能够辐射红外线目标,红外通信,导弹制导等。
