生物甲基化分子式:CAS号:性质:指对于脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的某些特定部位上碱基进行甲基化的过程。通常能进行甲基化的物质是一些亲电子化合物(如二甲酯等),其分子中都带有一个或多个活性烷基(活性甲基),可转移到DNA分子中的碱基上或主链的磷酸基上。碱基中最容易被甲基化的是鸟嘌呤,特别是鸟嘌呤的O6和N7,甲基化后成为O6-甲基鸟嘌呤或N7-甲基鸟嘌呤,可使复制发生错配。
