对氨基二甲基苯胺分子式:C8H12N2分子量:136.20CAS号:99-98-9性质:无色针状结晶。熔点41℃,沸点262℃,136℃(1.87kPa)。易溶于乙醇、水、苯和氯仿。纯品在空气中稳定,不纯时易液化。见光颜色易变深。制备方法:以二甲苯胺为原料,经亚硝化,还原而得:工艺过程:(1)亚硝化 将稀盐酸及二甲基苯胺搅匀冷却至5℃以下,加亚硝酸钠溶液进行亚硝化,加毕,放置,过滤结晶,用1:1盐酸洗,再用盐酸与酒精的混合液再洗涤一次,抽干,得亚硝化物。(2)还原 将上述粗品有水搅拌成糊状,再加工业浓盐酸,外面用冰水冷却,慢慢加入锌粉,加入温度不宜超过45℃。(3)提取 加氢氧化钠溶液至碱性后,再用苯提取,苯溶液用无水碳酸钾干燥,用水浴回收苯,再减压蒸馏收集成品。其它制法 由甲基橙还原或由对硝基二甲基苯胺用硫化钠或硫化钾还原而制得。工业上用香兰素萃取后废液为原料,经中和、萃取、蒸馏而得。该品对皮肤有刺激性,毒性比对苯二胺大8倍。用途:为测定钒的试剂。用于染料、农药和显影剂的生产。对氨基二甲苯胺和对异硫氰基苯丁醚加成可得抗麻疯病药丁氨苯硫脲。
