多氯联苯分子式:CAS号:性质:一类含不等量氯原子和苯环的化合物。有210种异构体,工业上常见的约50余种,是各种异构体的混合物。同环境污染有关的主要是二联苯的氯化物,少数为三联苯的氯化物。具有化学性质稳定、耐火、绝缘、高电容率和导热性等特点。工业上用作增塑剂、绝缘剂、热媒体、高温润滑剂、防腐涂料等。大量含PCB的工业三废排放是造成食品中PCB污染的主要原因。近年来由于海水受到PCB的污染,使水产品及以鱼为饵的飞禽体内PCB蓄积量明显增高。人体PCB的摄入量达0.5~2g即可出现中毒症状。体内的PCB还可经胎盘转移至胎儿体内。据测定,恶性肿瘤患者血中PCB含量较高于健康人。
