噻吩-2-甲醛分子式:CAS号:性质:又称2-噻吩醛;噻吩-2-甲醛。具有类似苦杏仁气味的油状液体。相对密度1.215。折射率 1.5920。沸点197℃。85~86℃(2.13kPa)。闪点77℃。易溶于醇、苯、乙醚等有机溶剂。微溶于水。由噻吩和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺在三氯氧磷存在下,进行缩合、水解、中和、精制制得。也可由卤甲基噻吩和六亚甲基四胺为原料,进行水解制得。主要用作医药中间体,与二甲基四氢嘧啶缩合成盐,进而制取广谱驱虫药噻嘧啶。
