氯胺T分子式:C7H7ClNNaO2S·3H2O分子量:281.70CAS号:127-65-1性质:棱柱状结晶,溶于水,实际上不溶于苯、氯仿和乙醚。在乙醇中分解。无确定熔点,于175-180℃剧烈分解(爆炸)。稍带氯气味,在干燥空气中逐渐失去水分,露置空气中渐渐分解而析出氯。制备方法:氯胺T为生产糖精时一种副产品,由对甲苯磺酰氯经氨水胺化、液碱成盐、氯气氯化而得。用途:作为医药,用于创口洗涤、粘膜消毒、饮水消毒及医疗器械灭菌等。作创口洗涤剂一般用1-2%水溶液,粘膜消毒剂浓度为0.1-0.2%,饮水消毒剂为1:250000。在印染行业用作漂白剂和氧化退浆剂。主要用以漂白植物纤维,应用很方便,只需加适量水溶解,再加水稀释成0.1-0.3%的溶液,加热至70-80℃后,织物就可投入漂白,氯胺T与水作用生成次氯酸,再分解放出初生态氧,作氧化退浆剂进作用比较迅速,必须十分注意工艺条件的控制,否则会损伤纤维。在实验室分析工作中,用作供给氯的试剂。该品有刺激性,粉尘吸入人体后,体温升高、流涕、气喘。
