汞膜电极分子式:CAS号:性质:是在某种导电的基体上涂敷一层薄汞膜制成的电极。作为基体的材料,应具备电化学惰性、对汞有良好的化学稳定性及导电性能良好等特点。常用的基体材料为玻碳。玻碳汞膜电极的制造:可将玻碳薄片在稀汞盐溶液中,电解镀上一层汞膜;也可在试液中加入少量汞盐,如Hg(NO3)2,在电解富集过程中,与被测物同时在玻碳上析出,形成汞膜和汞齐。后一种方法称为同位镀汞。汞膜的厚度可由溶液中汞盐浓度和电解时间来控制。汞膜电极既具有汞电极的特性,又具有较高的面积/体积比率。由于汞膜薄,电极面积大,搅拌速度可加快,因而电沉积效率高。汞膜电极溶出峰高而尖,分辨能力强。它的缺点是重现性较差;膜薄易使溶解的金属达到过饱和,形成金属间化合物,产生相互干扰;易受支持电解质组分的影响等。
