液力偶合器分子式:CAS号:性质:是利用流体流动冲击力传递机械扭矩的一种机械部件。用以保护驱动电机不过载不“闷车”。惯性大的旋转机械起动慢,电机要在4~5倍额定值的超电流状态延续数10s甚至数分钟。这不仅损坏电机也引起电网负荷波动。液力偶合器安装在电机与负载之间。它是一个充满液体的封闭空间。输入端叶轮(如同泵叶)携带液体到输出端,冲击叶轮驱动输出轴。这种“软液体”的连接允许电机和负载的转数差。起动时电机很快达到全速,负载由于其惯性可缓慢升速。输出端过载时电机仍可以不减速。运行中可根据负荷变化向偶合器放空或填充液体以改变转数,改变功率,甚至使功率减少到零,使电机空转。它广泛用于大功率、大惯性机械的驱动如皮带机、压缩机、煅烧炉和大型离心机等。
