壅塞 管道中某一截面处的流速达到声速时所发生的一种流动现象,其表现为:不论管道出口外压强如何降低,声速截面前的流速、压强等都不再发生变化,相应地流量也保持不变。壅塞有许多种,常见的有超声速风洞(见风洞)起动壅塞、飞机进气道壅塞、摩擦管壅塞和加热管壅塞等。 超声速风洞的壅塞 这种壅塞常发生在风洞第二喉道截面不够大的情况下。 图1为超声速风洞出现壅塞示意图。超声速风洞左端为一拉瓦尔管喉道,中部为实验段,右端为第二喉道。风洞起动时入口和出口的压强比逐渐增大,洞中流速随之增大,当拉瓦尔管喉道截面处的流速达到声速时,它的下游出现一段超声速流动区和起动激波(图1a)。随着压强比增大,起动激波往下游移动。对于正常的起动过程,当压强比达到某一值时,起动激波通过实验段,就完成了起动过程。若第二喉道截面不够大,在起动激波还未通过实验段时第二喉道截面处流速就达到了声速(图lb),这时,无论压强比如何增大,起动激波也不能再往下游移动,实验段气流不能达到超声速,便出现起动壅塞的现象。如果实验模型太大,它与壁面之间的通道太小,其作用类似第二喉道,也会造成壅塞。为了避免壅塞,第二喉道横截面积应足够大。 飞机进气道中的壅塞 在进气道远前方气流马赫数∞<1时,进气道前方气流速度增大,进口内喉道处的流速增大,流量增加;当喉道处马赫数0=1时,进气道前方气流速度再增大,流量也不再增加,只是在喉道后出现超声速流和激波(图2a)。在远前方气流马赫数∞>1时,超声速气流在进口前不受任何扰动,直接流入进气道(图2b)。在喉道面积足够大,进入的全部气体都能通过时,进气道不壅塞。若喉道面积太小,能够通过的流量小于直接进入的流量,喉道壅塞,喉道前气体堆积,压强升高,在进口前形成一道离体激波,一部分多余气流溢出口外,喉道后出现超声速区和激波(图2c)。壅塞使飞机所受阻力大为增加,发动机的推力显著减小。 上述壅塞都与喉道的存在有关,称为几何壅塞。在等截面的管道中,摩擦作用和加热作用,也会使下游截面可能通过的最大流量减小,当某个截面处达到量大流量时就会发生壅塞,这分别称为摩擦壅塞和加热壅塞。实际管道中的壅塞往往是几何、摩擦和加热共同作用的结果。
