亚胺培南分子式:CAS号:性质:又名亚胺酸霉素,伊米配能。由链霉菌Streptomyces cattleya培养液中分离出硫霉素经半合成制得的具有碳青霉烯环的硫霉素类抗生素。为白色至浅茶色结晶性粉末,不引湿,遇紫外线易变质。略溶于水,微溶于甲醇。通过抑制黏胶交叉连接,阻止细菌细胞壁肽聚糖的合成,显示广谱抗菌活性,革兰氏阳性及阴性菌,包括厌氧菌对本品均敏感,特别对金葡菌、绿脓杆菌及脆弱拟杆菌抗菌作用强。它对β-内酰胺酶稳定,但能被肾脏脱氢肽酶代谢而失活。口服不吸收,静脉注射20min后血药浓度达峰值,体内分布广泛,主要以代谢物经肾排泄。
