再内皮化再内皮化 病理学术语。介入放射学的管腔内支架(stent)置入后内皮细胞覆盖支架表面的过程。一旦管径适宜的支架置入人体管腔,支架的金属丝(支杆)即于相应管腔壁上形成凹槽,即嵌入作用。而金属丝间未被嵌入的部位则不同程度地残留一些内皮细胞,这些细胞逐渐呈多中心生长、相互融合,最终覆盖了整个支架内壁。再内皮化过程一般仅需数周即可完成。支架内表面可否及时再内皮化是置入的支架成功与否的标志之一。
