流感病毒流感病毒influenza virus  又称流行感冒病毒,其病原体为核糖核酸类病毒,直径为80~120nm。流感病毒不耐热,加热56℃数分钟即丧失致病性,100℃ 1分钟即被灭活。对干燥紫外线以及乙醚、甲醛、升汞、氯等化学制剂都非常敏感。在低温的环境下病毒较稳定。根据其抗原性的不同流感病毒分为甲、乙、丙三型,大流行一般由甲型病毒及其亚型引起,乙型流感都呈局部小流行或散发,丙型引起散发病例。流感病毒的抗原性及致病力极易发生变异,尤其是甲型病毒。流感病毒的变异包括量变到质变的相互转化过程,主要是血凝素和神经氨酸的变异,有时只一种抗原发生变异,有时两种抗原都发生变异,变异的幅度不一,变异幅度小时系量变,称为抗原性漂移,变异幅度大时,发生质变,变成新的亚型,称为抗原性转变。
