多聚肌苷酸多聚胞苷酸分子式:CAS号:性质:又称聚肌胞苷酸,多聚次黄嘌呤核苷酸:多聚胞嘧啶核苷酸。系高分子多聚核苷酸类(polynucleotides)物质之一,由多聚肌苷酸和多聚胞苷酸单链组成双股多核苷酸链,其中碱基比率:次黄嘌呤(Ⅰ):胞嘧啶(C)=1:1。产品有钾盐或钠盐分子量>33×106。它有特征性减色性和熔点,在-20℃稳定。不论是冻干粉还是溶液,在制品中常含有氯化钠,是为了保持溶液态时达到等渗。先采用生物技术分别合成多聚肌苷酸和多聚胞苷酸单链,再在一定条件下把两条链复合而成双股而成。是人工合成的干扰素诱导物。人工合成的聚肌胞苷酸有类似病毒进入动物后在繁殖过程中所复制产生的双链RNA(dsRNA)一样,能诱导宿主细胞生成干扰素。同时也是强有力的免疫刺激剂,能增强单核吞噬细胞系统的防御功能,且对癌细胞有毒性效应。临床上用肌内注射等试用于肿瘤、血液病、病毒性肝炎及痘类病毒性感染,对带状疱疹、单纯疱疹有较好的疗效;对病毒性肝炎、病毒性角膜炎和扁平苔藓有明显疗效。也用于肿瘤的辅助治疗。但有低热、头昏、胸闷等副作用,故目前逐渐转入直接使用干扰素。
