分枝杆菌属分枝杆菌属Mycobacterium放线菌的一属。一般不易着色,经加温或延长染色时间着色后,可抵抗盐酸和酒精的脱色作用,因而又称抗酸性杆菌。无鞭毛,无芽孢,无荚膜,菌体大小(0.2~0.6)微米×(1.0~10)微米,革兰氏染色阳性。如结核分枝杆菌是人类结核病的病原菌,又称人型结核分枝杆菌。此外,还有牛分枝杆菌(对牛和其他家畜有致病性)、禽分枝杆菌、非典型分枝杆菌、副结核分枝杆菌和麻风分枝杆菌等。
