概述前我国中药制药行业在中药浸膏干燥过程中存在着高温干燥、热敏性药物变性、间歇操作、容易染菌、干燥时间长、能耗高，达不到GMP要求等诸多不尽如人意的地方，针对这种现状，我公司研制开发了真空低温自动干燥系列机组。真空低温自动干燥机是为中药浸膏脱水成多孔速溶颗粒专题设计制造的系列干燥机。由于中药浸膏在真空状态低温干燥后具有多孔、松脆、含水量低的特点，因而本干燥机制成的颗粒可直接作为速溶；中剂、充填胶囊、轧片、涂膜中间体等的原料。本干燥机能成功干燥粘度很高(一万厘泊左右)的中药浸膏，同时也适用于麦乳精、果珍、咖啡、速溶奶粉、速溶茶及高吸水性树脂等物料的干燥。物料在机内真空腔中干燥过程中不与大气接触，并且换热后的二次蒸汽迅速由真空泵抽去，因而保证了物质的洁净。同时物料中水份在真空条件下低温蒸发能节约换热的能源并且高质量地完成高粘度物料的干燥。特点1．本机加热源可采用蒸汽．亦可采用电加热转换导热油加热2．干燥过程物料温度低于50°C，25分钟后开始出颗粒直至批量完成3．以螺杆泵定量恒速进料(进料量可按需设定)4．履带运转平稳、可靠(履带速度可按需设定)5．自动制粒，真空状态连续排出干颗粒至贮料桶内，真空状更换干颗粒贮料桶6.能耗小、无三废、低噪声7．可自动清洗、快速方便，完成干燥内腔清洗：8．完全符合GMP要求。型号及外形尺寸表
