高速公路绿化的养护管理近年来，高速公路绿化建设日新月异，我国各地相继建成了一大批高等级高速公路绿色通道，成为绿色通道建设体系中的精品工程、窗口工程和形象工程。高速公路绿化养护工作具有标准高、区域广、气候差异大的特点，给养护管理工作带来了较大难度。一般认为，高速公路绿化的养护管理应注意以下几点：一、把公路安全和绿化有机地联系起来。高速公路不同一般公路，其车速快，空间封闭，这就要保证绿化植物不能妨碍司机的行车安全。如：对中央绿化带内影响司机视线的植物应及时进行平剪，公路两边高坡处的乔木、灌木及出口转角处的乔木也应定期修剪，同时公路两边的高大林带在夏季暴风雨来临之前进行一次全面疏剪，杜绝事故发生。二、营造整体景观，形成“人在车中坐、车在画中行”的优美景观。高速公路绿化是一个整体，不能偏面强调“窗口”路段，而造成整个路段绿化参差不齐，影响到整体绿化水平，只有全面的养护管理，才能使“点、线、面、环”整个绿化体系发挥最好的绿化效果。在规划设计中栽植的树木，通过科学养护观察，证明已不能适应现在生长环境的和达不到应有绿化效果的植物应及时进行调整。三、养护中坚持建管并举的措施，坚持养护工作的日常性、系统性、科学性。养护管理工作应为主动型的管理形式，防止出现“重建轻管”的现象。对大面积的模纹图案要进行定期修剪，保持整齐、美观的观赏性，对立体交叉中分割出来的绿岛及开阔的草坪要保持其一定高度，以达到层次参差、季相丰富、色彩多样的景观效果。四、加强绿化养护人员内部管理。首先要提高养护人员的责任心和积极性，层层细化，落实责任制。同时抓好绿化养护人员人才队伍建设，加强养护技能的培训。其次是制定完备的技术规范，严格养护管理等级标准和考核办法。（来源：中国花卉报2003-09-04）
