湿润性分子式:CAS号:性质:(一)将液体滴在固体表面上,由于分子间力的相互作用,使液体可均匀地分布在固体表面,形成新的固/液界面,此现象称为润湿现象。润湿程度也可称润湿性。(二)可湿性粉剂质量标准中的一项指标,即将一定量样品撒到水面至完全润湿的时间。液体与固体接触时,润湿表面并浸入其内的作用力湿润浸透作用。液-固之间界面张力越小,液体对固体的湿润浸透作用越强。兑水喷施的农药制剂的水溶液或水悬液对靶标生物的润湿浸透性能与药效发挥有密切关系。要求该类制剂的水溶液或水悬液必须有良好的湿润性。中国规定不大于5min,FAO规定不大于1或2min。(三)橡胶粒子和配合剂粒子间的亲和性。它直接影响混炼时配合剂在橡胶中混入和分散的难易程度。橡胶与配合剂之间的浸润性既取决于配合剂的性能,也与橡胶性质密切相关。一般而言,有机类配合剂如防老剂、促进剂、软化剂等可与橡胶部分互溶,易于分散在胶中,属于疏水性的炭黑也易为橡胶浸润,在橡胶中分散也不会有困难,但疏水性的白炭黑以及各种无机填料与橡胶亲和性差,分散困难可以采用表面改性办法或添加表面活性剂类分散助剂,以改善胶对它们的湿润剂,提高它们对橡胶中的分散水平。
