中国古代切削加工  早在旧石器时代,北京猿人就制造和使用了砍砸器、刮削器、尖状器。新石器时代已有较精致的石刀、石斧,还有穿孔石斧和多孔石刀。小孔用硬质砂子磨削形成,大孔则靠砍击使小块剥离而形成。图为当时的夹固式石刃骨刀。    孔的形成还可追溯到更早的年代。旧石器时代已有钻孔石制品,如28000年前山西朔县峙峪虎头梁的钻孔石珠。公元前1700多年前出现了铜钻头,如甘肃武威皇娘娘台齐家文化遗址出土的铜钻头,以及郑州二里岗期遗址出土的公元前1400年的铜钻。战国中晚期(大约在公元前300年前后)出现了铁钻。    早期的切削加工对象多以非金属为主。从青铜器时代起,出现金属切削加工,工具也用金属制造。如春秋时有青铜刀、锯、锉,商代有铁刃铜钺。西汉墓中五铢钱的外圆表面上有明显的车削或锉削的痕迹。青铜弩机经过切削加工,加工精度和光洁度都较高。唐代的金属盘盒,外圆和内孔的不同心度很小,刀痕细致,子母口配合严密。由此推测,在8世纪前中国已有原始车床。元、明、清代都曾制造过一批天文仪器,直径达2米多的大铜环上外圆、内圆和平面的加工精度都很高,刻度准确,已采用了与近代相类似的切削加工方法。
