棒料切断机操作规程一、 认真执行《锻压设备通用操作规程》有关规定。二、认真执行下述有关补充规定:(一) 工作前认真作到:1、 检查刀具应完好无崩裂,安装正确、紧固牢靠。2、 作空运转试车前,应利用飞轮转动性或人工搬动飞轮使设备运动一个行程,确认各机构作协调后,再正式试车。(二) 工作中认真做到:1、必须随时根据被切材料的强度及断面大小来调整刀具的间隙和刃磨。2、 当长度限制器、压紧装置和辊道同时使用时,被切材料应调整成绝对高于下切刀刃口7~13毫米。限制器应调整成它的底面低于被切材料顶面10毫米。3、 应严格按照工艺规定进行热切或冷切。热切温度。一般碳素钢为400°С±50°С,合金钢为500°С±50°С。4、 不准剪切弯曲超过6毫米的棒料。不准剪切压紧装置压不紧的短料。5、 除节流阀外其他液压阀门不准私自调整。6、 如遇压紧装置有毛病,压不紧时应立即停止工作。7、 因剪切负荷过重或压缩空气压力不足而卡住时,只准用人工搬动飞轮倒车的方法纠正,不准开动设备。
