高温蠕变分子式:CAS号:性质:在恒定高温、恒定外力作用下,材料随时间变化而发生的等温变形。由于施加应力方式的不同,可分为高温压缩蠕变、高温拉伸蠕变、高温弯曲蠕变和高温扭转蠕变。经常测定的是高温压缩蠕变,以“%”表示,计算公式为:(式中P为高温压缩蠕变率,%;Li为试样原始高度,mm;L。为试样恒温开始时的高度,mm;Ln为试样恒温,n小时时的高度,mm)。材料在高温下,长时间承受应力作用,必然会产生塑性变形,其变形量随时间的延长而逐渐增加。因此,高温蠕变比高温强度能更有效地预示材料在高温下长期使用时的应变趋势和断裂寿命。是材料的重要高温力学性能之一,它与材料的材质及结构特征有关。
