镍磷合金电镀分子式:CAS号:性质:含磷量大于8%以上的镍磷合金有良好的非晶态结构,其耐蚀性、耐磨性甚佳,经适当温度热处理,维氏硬度可达1100左右,此时镀层的耐磨性与硬铬镀层相媲美。此外,还具有良好的焊接性、电学性能和磁性等。因此,广泛用于电子工业、计算机工业、宇航工业领域。镍磷合金镀层可通过电镀或化学镀的方法得到。电镀溶液主要有镍盐-亚磷酸镀液和镍盐-次磷酸镀液。前者要在低PH值下施镀,其阴极电流效率较低。后者可在较高PH值下电镀,但次磷酸根离子在阳极上易被氧化。两种溶液的稳定性都应采取适当措施加以控制。
