《保护工业产权巴黎公约》《保护工业产权巴黎公约》ParisConventionforInternationalProtectionofIndustrialProperty1883年3月20日订于巴黎的公约。最初有11个国家签署了公约。1884年7月7日生效。于1900年在布鲁塞尔、1911年在华盛顿、1925年在海牙、1934年在伦敦、1958年在里斯本、1967年在斯德哥尔摩6次修订。中国于1984年12月19日向世界知识产权组织总干事交存了加入书，加入书声明：中国不受公约第二十八条第一款的约束。公约于1985年3月19日对中国生效。1967年修订后的公约共有30条。根据公约规定，工业产权的保护对象有专利、实用新型、外观设计、商标、服务标记、厂商名称、货源标记或原产地名称和制止不正当竞争。公约规定的工业产权的保护原则有国民待遇原则、优先权原则、强制许可原则和专利独立原则，即在工业产权的保护方面，每一缔约国必须把它给予本国国民的待遇同等地给予其他缔约国国民，非缔约国国民，如果在缔约国内有住所或营业所，也可以得到同样的保护；已在一个缔约国提出注册申请的专利、实用新型、外观设计、商标，在其他缔约国提出申请时，应享有一定期限的优先权，专利和实用新型为12个月，外观设计和商标为6个月；专利权人自提出专利申请之日起满4年，或自批准专利之日起满3年未实施或未完全实施该项专利，可实施强制许可；某一缔约国国民在其他缔约国提出商标注册申请时，其他缔约国不得以未在其本国申请、注册或续展为理由而予以拒绝，也不得使注册无效。公约规定设立保护工业产权联盟，下设大会、执行委员会和国际局。公约是保护工业产权方面最重要的国际公约，但由于公约所涉工业产权太广，不可能对每种工业产权作出具体规定。
