钼酸盐  化学通式M姟MoO4或MⅡMoO4(MⅠ为一价金属,MⅡ为二价金属)。为一系列稳定的正钼酸盐,这些盐大都以水合物的形式存在。在钼酸盐中,铵、碱金属、镁和铊盐溶于水,其他都不溶于水。在水溶液中,钼酸盐可被还原。在这类钼酸盐的晶体中含有分立的MoO娸四面体结构的离子;碱金属盐中是规则的四面体,其他一些盐是畸变的四面体。钼酸盐在溶液中也是以四面体离子存在。在微酸性溶液中,钼酸盐可聚合成多种同多酸盐。在硝酸溶液中也能渐渐形成所谓的钼酸MoO3·2H2O,加热溶液得到MoO3·H2O。这些化合物都是氧化物的水合物。    将金属氧化物与氧化钼熔融,或者将三氧化钼与水调成浆状物,使它与金属盐反应,都能得到这类正钼酸盐。钼酸盐除了可作催化剂外,钼酸铅PbMoO4可作橙色颜料,用于油漆、油墨和塑料工业;钼酸锌和钼酸钙可用作抗腐蚀颜料和防火剂;水溶性钼酸钠可用作抗腐蚀剂和植物生长的微量肥料。
