1.A single-phase PbI_2 polycrystal has been successfully synthesized directly from Pb and I_2 by two zone vapor transport method (TVM).本文以高纯Pb、I2 单质为原料,在特殊设计的密闭石英安瓿中,采用两温区气相输运方法成功合成出PbI2 多晶原料,避免了安瓿的爆炸。
2.There have been several methods to measure the solubility product of PbI_2, but in college textbook of inorganic chemistry experiment only ion exchange resin method is adopted.实验采用分光光度法测定PbI2的溶度积原理是用NaNO2将PbI2饱和溶液中的I-氧化成I2,测定其吸光度,并在标准曲线上查找出对应的I-浓度。

1.XRD analysis shows the PbI2 films deposited at different temperatures possess hexagonal structure,with a preferred growth orientation of (002) at low temperature,but this preferred growth characteristic vanishes when the substrate temperature increases.XRD结构表征显示,不同衬底温度下沉积的PbI2薄膜均属六方结构,低温下呈现(002)方向的c轴择优生长,但随着衬底温度的升高,择优生长弱化;SEM形貌分析结果表明,PbI2薄膜的晶粒尺寸随着衬底温度的升高而增大,同时晶粒间应力造成的突起减少,薄膜表面致密度和平整度提高;UV光谱测试结果表明,不同衬底温度下制备PbI2薄膜透过光谱的吸收限均在515nm附近,且呈现陡直的吸收边。
